Itinerary: Stony paths give us the opportunity to go through an impressive landscape. In a short time we will be able to see from above the Andes with snow, in contrast to the Mendoza River Valley. Strong, firm and steadfast horses are not afraid with the difficulties of the mountain terrain. In some very steep places we must go down from the horses, and we must take the horses with a rope and walk down for the paths of the mountains, for continuing this fantastic travel.
When the evening falls in the middle of the mountains, we stop in a beautiful place near of a water spring that goes down through a leap of stone, we will prepare the camp. The light of the second day wake up us with a couple of exquisite "mates" (Argentinean beverage), starting the second day of this expedition. The day is intense, and we will be moving by paths that seem lost in the hills. In the afternoon we undertake to return to the departure’s place and grateful to our faithful mates, we will let them rest with abundant food saying goodbye with the love they deserve. |
